Errol Schweizer was born in The Bronx, New York and has over 25 years of experience in the food industry. Errol was just named one of the Food Industry Top 50 for 2023 by NOSH. He was V.P. of Grocery at Whole Foods from 2009-2016. In that role, his team grew sales to over US$5 Billion by supporting the launch and commercialization of thousands of local products and emerging brands. He has extensively developed plant-based, Organic, Non-GMO and regenerative egg and dairy supply chains and production standards. Supermarket News has recognized Errol with a Retail Game-changer award and he received a Lifetime Achievement Award from Hemp Industries Association. Since 2016, he has been a Board Member, Co-Founder and Advisor to over two dozen grocery and CPG enterprises, including Annie’s, Patagonia, Good Catch, Fairway, BeyondBrands, Nuttzo, Smallhold, Non GMO Project and Merryfield. Errol is now a Partner in the leading ESG benchmarking firm, Impakt IQ. He is active in municipal food policy and healthy food access. Errol is a Forbes contributor and is the host of The Checkout Podcast.

Pat Sheridan is the President & CEO of the Independent Natural Food Retailers Association (INFRA), a purchasing and business services cooperative of independently owned natural food grocers. INFRA currently represents 280 members and 17 associate retailers operating over 400 stores in 45 states with combined annual sales of over $1.8 billion. Pat joined INFRA in 2018 and led the transformation to better serve members by leveraging technology solutions to deliver promotional and consulting opportunities. Pat also serves as Secretary of the Organic Trade Association’s Retailer Council. Prior to joining INFRA, Pat held executive positions in diverse industries such as healthcare, organic milling, and product development.
