Andy Thornton is VP of Impact with Pacha Soap Co and is the Founder and Managing Partner of Silvan Ingredient Ecosystem. Pacha makes experiential bath products and believes everyone deserves access to products that are good for them, good for others, and good for the environment. Silvan connects the world's best brands with the world's best ingredients and helps sustainable and regenerative ingredient growers scale their impact and find new markets.  Andy has spent 18 years working in international development and agricultural supply chains, working globally but with a particular passion for Sub-Saharan Africa.  Andy holds an MBA from the University of Oxford where he studied as a Skoll Scholar.

Andrew Vrbas is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pacha Soap Co., which he and his wife, Abi, started in 2010. He was inspired to found Pacha Soap Co. after volunteering in Peru and learning about the need for sanitation, education, and better economic opportunities in the country. He knew soap was the answer and went on to teach himself soap making. Andrew has helped grow Pacha into a purpose-driven company with over 100 employees handcrafting natural, artisanal products to delight the senses and enhance well-being. He has been working to challenge the standards for what it means to be an ethical business by taking radical steps to empower communities around the world with long term, sustainable solutions.
