Great River Organic Milling Company produces a wide variety of 100% Whole Grain stone ground flour, bread flour blends, pancake mix and hot cereals for the commercial as well as the retail markets. We are also involved in the specialty grain markets. Ancient grains like teff, quinoa, and kamut are just an example of the varieties we can mill.
